Position : Senior Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform audits of various functions and processes in the Board
• Evaluate adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of controls and recommend improvements to address risks or weaknesses identified
• Review the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of the risk management framework and processes
• Prepare audit reports
• Evaluate and follow-up on implementation of agreed actions
• Perform data profiling and analysis
• Execute other ad hoc assignments as directed

Requirements

• Good Degree with at least 7 years of relevant working experience in auditing, risk management and process reviews.
• Candidate with CIA, CISA or CPA certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Computer Assisted Auditing Tools (ACL) would be an advantage.
• Independent, resourceful and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
