Responsibilities
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst will lead in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of MOE’s customer data recorded in its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Your role will include putting up management reports on customer issues, highlighting insights and areas for improvements across MOE, and developing plans and implementing programmes towards driving Service Excellence in
MOE HQ and schools to achieve the CRM vision of MOE ‘One Organisation’. Your key
responsibilities include:
- Working with the Head of Service Strategy and Development to improve the quality of service delivery across all MOE touch points using customer data analytics and reporting tools
- Analysing, reviewing, forecasting and preparing management information reports to provide insights on internal and external customer issues of MOE HQ and schools
- Conducting service excellence benchmarking and environment scans
- Developing and implementing programmes to drive service excellence in MOE HQ and schools
- Conducting Customer Analytics workshops for CRM champions and School Administration Managers
- Custodian for the management reporting module in MOE CRM system
Requirements
- A good university degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of data analysis work experience, preferably in a customer or quality service related position
- A strong quality service mindset with excellent analytical, communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in service quality, data analytics, customer relationship management and quality assurance concepts, practices and tools
- Possess excellent organisational skills and IT skills, in particular in Microsoft (MS) Excel and Powerpoint applications, e.g. exporting customer data from MS Dynamics and analyse data using MS Excel formulae and pivot tables etc
- A dynamic and highly motivated professional with a passion for driving service excellence
