Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain building installations and services
• Plan and manage addition and alteration works
• Manage contracts and contractors
• Prepare tender specifications, reports and perform other related administrative works

Requirements

• Engineering degree in related fields
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in facilities maintenance and operations and addition and alteration works
• Experience in ACMV system and implementation of WSH procedures and legislative requirements will be an advantage
• Ability to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines
