Responsibilities

A dual-role position comprising of administrative/financial duties coupled with marketing duties.

Administrative/Financial duties

  • Co-ordinate and facilitate the calendar for Director (Marketing & Corp Comms). This includes co-ordination of meetings, events with both internal and external parties
  • Assist Director in monitoring deadlines of projects and submissions to ensure timely returns
  • Responsible for financial and budget matters for the division. This would include liaison with finance department on payment, claims and budget matters. Monitor and tabulate division budget and churn out reports in a timely and accurate manner. Simple book-keeping knowledge is advantegous
  • Keep abreast of procurement and govt Ge-biz matters to advise department and assist division officers with procurement matters
  • Handle all administrative and HR matters for division such as division retreats, meetings, office set-up, staff induction and etc
  • Provide general administrative support to division to ensure smooth running of department
  • Monitor deadlines of projects and submissions to ensure deadlines are met

Marketing Support
  • Provide marketing support in terms of management of media, NHB and Museum databases and distribution channels for marketing materials
  • Assist with operations and logistics matters during events such as press conferences, exhibition openings, awards ceremony and others
  • Compiles marketing reports on joint promotions to gauge effectiveness of partnerships
  • Compiles and updates marketing statistics in an accurate and timely manner
  • Coordinate the production of publicity collaterals and advertising materials
  • Manage all membership-related matters

Requirements
  • You should be someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys co-ordination and liaison work. You thrive in a team environment and have good communication skills. You have a strong sense of initiative and ownership
  • Minimum a Diploma in relevant disciplines with 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Has interest in Singapore’s heritage and culture
