Responsibilities
You will be required to:
- Assess and classify films and videos in English, Hindi, Bengali and/or Punjabi, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or any Asian languages; and
- Be effectively bilingual with the ability to write reports in English and to provide translations from Hindi, Bengali and/or Punjabi, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or any Asian languages to English when required.
Requirements
- You would have a degree preferably in Humanities, Mass Communications or Media Studies. You should have a passion and appreciation for films, as well as a good grasp of social issues and current affairs. You should possess good analytical skills, maturity of thought and be sensitive to the social impact of films. You should also have a good command of the English, Bengali and/or Hindi languages, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or any Asian languages and be able to write well in English. Some working experience in the field of media would also be an advantage.
