Responsibilities

You will provide administrative support in the management of the Council’s registry operations. Your scope of responsibilities will include the efficient management of the Registry Files Tracking System and physical storage of official files to ensure confidentiality and availability of information; handle daily file transactions; research and retrieval of information/ documents to meet service standards; annual file archival exercise to safeguard public records and ease registry storage space; and manage incoming mails, faxes and emails received via the Government Mailbox.

Requirements

Polytechnic Diploma with 2 years of experience as a librarian or managing a Registry is preferred. Candidates with a minimum of 3 GCE ‘O’ Passes or GCE ‘A’ Level; and with at least 6 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
Ability to multitask and work independently
Resourceful and meticulous
Pleasant disposition and a positive attitude
Interest / familiarity about the arts will be an advantage
Effectively bilingual and proficient in Chinese
