Responsibilities

You will oversee and manage the maintenance and development matters within Army camps
You will assess and make recommendation (technical & financial) on maintenance, additions/alterations projects.
You will oversee and manage the review and allocation of space requirements in Army camps.
You will co-ordinate and oversee the infrastructure upgrading programmes in Army camps and be involved in the various stages of project requirement, evaluation, budgeting and approval.
You will co-ordinate with other MINDEF departments on building infrastructure related issues.

Requirements

Good Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil & Structural Engineering
At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance of built infrastructures/facilities; building construction projects or managing building/maintenance contractors
Ability to be self-motivated
