Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and managing programmes to promote Education Development for carded athletes and this comprises:

Developing systems & processes for effective delivery of programmes
Assuming the key advisory role in promoting both local & overseas education pathways for student-athletes
Collaborating with local & overseas education institutions to provide ‘athlete-friendly’ support systems for carded athletes
Managing long-term relationships with our Education Partners
Fulfilling the role of an Athlete Advisor for NSAs assigned under your charge
Providing highly customized solutions to support elite athletes in their parallel pursuits of sports, education & professional careers
Providing education & career counselling for athletes
Delivering life-skills workshops for athletes
Overseeing development and production of marketing collaterals & publicity related activities
Managing the Athlete Database System for athletes put under your charge
Providing administrative and secretariat support to other Group initiatives and programmes as and when required

Requirements

Minimally an university degree
Minimum 5 years of work experience with a proven track record in Education/ Management/HR/ Training & Development/ Counselling or Psychology
Good writing & oral communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and able to relate well with student-athletes
Some sports knowledge and/or experience as an athlete is preferred
