Responsibilities

You will be a champion for work-life and pro-family measures, working closely with the management and employees in identifying and implementing work-life programmes and initiatives. Your duties include taking steps to ensure that work-life policies are in place, and more importantly, that these policies work for the employees as well as the organisation. By leveraging on broad-based inter-/intra-agency activities with the aim of encouraging employee participation and interaction, you will help NEA promote, facilitate and educate supervisors and staff on work-life matters. Besides promoting pro-family practices, regular reviews on the effectiveness of strategies and programmes should be conducted.

Requirements

• A Good University degree
• Some years of working experience in a related field &/or as a Work-life Harmony consultant preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Creative, able to multi-task and work independently
