Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of residency programs and specialty certification examinations in Singapore.
Establish an evaluation system for postgraduate medical education in Singapore
Review & establish appropriate Graduate Medical Education (GME) certification routes/exams, including creation of new GME certification routes/exams in Singapore, to safeguard medical practice standards in Singapore.

Requirements

Good degree, preferably in pedagogy / education or training fields
Medical degree with postgraduate medical degree, experience in training and certification would be a bonus
Experience in pedagogy / education and training.
Excellent project management skills
High ability to engage stakeholders and partners in meaningful sharing of ideas
Effective writing skills
Ability to lead a team
Ability to prioritize work / manage work stress
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
