Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of residency programs and specialty certification examinations in Singapore.
- Establish an evaluation system for postgraduate medical education in Singapore
- Review & establish appropriate Graduate Medical Education (GME) certification routes/exams, including creation of new GME certification routes/exams in Singapore, to safeguard medical practice standards in Singapore.
Requirements
- Good degree, preferably in pedagogy / education or training fields
- Medical degree with postgraduate medical degree, experience in training and certification would be a bonus
- Experience in pedagogy / education and training.
- Excellent project management skills
- High ability to engage stakeholders and partners in meaningful sharing of ideas
- Effective writing skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to prioritize work / manage work stress
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
