The Auditor-General's Office (AGO) Singapore is the independent external auditor of the Government.
Our mission is to audit and report to the President and Parliament, in accordance with the law, on the proper accounting of public moneys and use of public resources so as to enhance public accountability.
Responsibilities

Your job involves carrying out independent audits of government bodies and statutory boards to ascertain whether:

1.  public moneys and resources are properly used;
2.  laws and policies are complied with;
3.  financial management systems are sound; and
4.  proper financial records are kept and financial statements are properly prepared.

Requirements

•  Singapore Citizenship; and
•  Honours or general degree in Accountancy or its equivalent acceptable for membership with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS), or
•  Honours or general degree in any discipline, preferably Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Business Administration from recognised universities.

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical abilities, good leadership qualities, strong drive for achievements, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
