CAREER GOVERMENT SINGAPORE DEPUTY DIRECTOR (HUMAN RESOURCES) IN NATIONAL ARTS COUNCIL

Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the full spectrum of HR activities and processes, including staff recruitment and deployment; training and development; performance management; and compensation and benefits. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic HR policies and procedures with the aim to implement best practices in HR processes and operations. You will also develop the organisational culture to support the Council’s objectives.

Requirements
  • A good degree with at least 7 to 10 years of working experience, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity. Preference will be given to candidates with strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable track record in all principal aspects of the HR function, particularly in people and organisation development. A working knowledge of public service human resources’ practices is preferred, but not essential.
