The Insolvency & Public Trustee's Office, a Department under the Ministry of Law, provides services in individual and corporate insolvencies administration, administration of the estates of deceased persons, and licensing and regulation of moneylenders & pawnbrokers.
Responsibilities

You will assist in planning and coordinating business transformation, as well as process re-engineering activities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IPTO's operations.
These include:

  • Establishing best practices and processes within the division and/or across functional divisions
  • Reviewing current process metrics, develop and refine new KPIs for continual improvements
  • Monitoring process efficiency through key metrics to achieve operational excellence
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and/or automation
  • Ensuring processes are documented, and documentation are kept up-to-date
  • Spearheading new IT & Innovation initiatives
  • Implementing enhancements to operational IT systems
  • Ensuring that the department is ISO/ SQC certified/re-certified

Requirements
  • Good Honours degree with at least 5 years of experience in operations, Business Process Re-engineering and Project/Change management
  • Practical knowledge of key operations, business processes and continuous improvement tool sets
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills
