Responsibilities

• You will play an important role in conceptualising and implementing programmes to strengthen internal communication and staff engagement within the organisation. As an Executive, your responsibilities include planning and organising internal staff events, community outreach programmes, and staff communication platforms such as Townhall sessions and Management Lunches with staff. You will also design internal publicity materials, as well as contribute articles to the staff intranet.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business or Mass Communication, preferably
• Possess excellent writing skills and project/event management experience
• Meticulous with a good eye for details
• A flair for creativity and design, preferably with working knowledge of Photoshop
• Good team player who can build positive relationships at all levels
• Independent, resourceful and able to work under tight deadlines
• Fresh polytechnic graduates with strong writing skills are welcome to apply
