Responsibilities
- To carry out background research and present findings
- To assist in preparing papers, reports and presentations
- To devise and maintain office systems and structures, including systems to monitor and track tasks assigned by the Director, data management, filing, etc.
- To assist in organising Directorate-level events
- To assist in collating submissions and returns on behalf of the Directorate
- To assist in taking file notes and minutes of meetings, and providing general assistance during presentations
- To assist in the screening and handling of telephone calls, enquiries and requests
- To assist in maintaining the Director's diary and dealing with incoming emails, faxes and mails and other secretarial matters
- To maintain a register of incoming/outgoing files and correspondences as well as other forms of documentation
- To assist in arranging travel and accommodation for the Director’s overseas travel
Requirements
- At least 5 GCE O level passes, including English and Mathematics
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
