Responsibilities


  1. To carry out background research and present findings
  2. To assist in preparing papers, reports and presentations
  3. To devise and maintain office systems and structures, including systems to monitor and track tasks assigned by the Director, data management, filing, etc.
  4. To assist in organising Directorate-level events
  5. To assist in collating submissions and returns on behalf of the Directorate
  6. To assist in taking file notes and minutes of meetings, and providing general assistance during presentations
  7. To assist in the screening and handling of telephone calls, enquiries and requests
  8. To assist in maintaining the Director's diary and dealing with incoming emails, faxes and mails and other secretarial matters
  9. To maintain a register of incoming/outgoing files and correspondences as well as other forms of documentation
  10. To assist in arranging travel and accommodation for the Director’s overseas travel

Requirements
  1. At least 5 GCE O level passes, including English and Mathematics
  2. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Fluent in spoken and written English
  4. Proficient in MS Office
  5. Able to work under pressure and multi-task
