As a Specialist (Business Compliance), you are to guide and supervise a young team in detecting fraudulent applications for work passes and introduce the necessary checks to stop such undesirable practices. You will be required to build the team’s confidence in conducting interviews and site visits by setting high expectations and stretched targets for the team.
Requirements
- You should possess a degree in any discipline with at least 10 years working experience, preferably in field and operation work. You must be able to read and write Chinese.
- You should be a team-player who possess strong analytical skills. You should also be client focused and able to solve problems creatively. Investigation and enforcement experience is an added advantage.
