Responsibilities

  • You will provide consistent quality customer service by phone, email or fax, as a first point of contact for IE Singapore’s customers. You will handle customers’ enquiries, complaints and suggestions in a professional and positive manner. You will monitor customer satisfaction level through the query statistics and resolution rates.

Requirements
  • You should have about 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a call centre, handling customer servicing roles. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are passionate about customer service and self-motivated. You are also able to converse in Mandarin fluently. Candidates with more than 5 years of experience will be considered for a more senior post within the Customer Service Centre.
