Responsibilities

• Your primary duties are to conduct inspection on businesses, investigate into cases of possible violations of the Employment Act, and submit investigation findings through reports. Your work will comprise of a mixture of field and office work. As a team member, you are expected to participate in team operations on top of handling cases individually. As an enforcer of the Employment Act, your work will contribute towards raising the employment standards in Singapore, so as to safeguard the well-being of vulnerable workers in problematic industries.

Requirements

• You should possess a local Diploma in any discipline, with at least 2 years of working experience. You should also have good people skills, an inquisitive mind, able to write reasonably well and proficient in MS Excel and Word. Familiarity with the Employment Act and prior experience in HR or frontline enforcement are pluses.
