Ministry of Manpower need for Assistant Feedback Management Officer (Occupational Safety & Health Division)

Responsibilities

• You are to effectively handle public feedback on workplace safety and health matters and ensure that appropriate action is taken to address the issues, with the view to contribute towards the division’s goal of reducing workplace incidents.
• You will attend to complaints from members of the public and whistle blowers with regard to unsafe acts or workplace conditions. You will also attend to public enquires on workplace safety and health matters, and misdirected or cross agency complaints and enquiries.

Requirements

• You should possess at least 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes, with credits in English and Mathematics, preferably with at least 2 years working experience in call centre services. Knowledge in Workplace Safety and Health will be advantageous. You should possess good communication skill, courteous and positive work attitude.
