Ministry of Health seeking for Assistant Director (Healthcare Standards)

Responsibilities

• You will plan, develop and implement the National Standards for Healthcare across the healthcare sectors to ensure that healthcare is appropriate to the patient’s needs based on current evidence and clinical knowledge.

Requirements

• MBBS with postgraduate degree in Public Health / Epidemiology or equivalent;
• At least 5 years working experience in public health/medical work, at least 2 years must be spent in acute hospital settings, with at least 2 years in public health;
• Experience in project management is an advantage;
• Excellent organisational and management skills;
• Effective communication and written skills essential;
• Ability to conduct meeting and engage stakeholders and partners;
• Prior leadership or managerial experience would be an advantage;
• Possess good critical thinking, analytic and decision making skills
