Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Operations cluster of the Child Care Division. Reporting to a Manager, you will be involved in various duties to facilitate the regulation and monitoring of child care centres in Singapore. Your duties will include providing support for child care licensing quality initiatives, managing licence issuance, tracking GIRO payments and feedback as well as administrative duties as required. This position would entail working closely with the Operations team, and also with child care operators. We are looking for a candidate who would be able to work as part of a team and also independently to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• A general polytechnic diploma. Candidates with Early Childhood Education will have an added advantage. Being able to operate Microsoft Office applications and preferably knowledge of data/statistical analysis. Candidates should possess good communication (spoken & written) and inter-personal skills. If you are team player who excels in building relationships with stakeholders, customers and colleagues, this position is for you.
