Responsibilities

• You will be tasked to conduct in-process quality, site safety and housekeeping checks to ensure specifications and safety compliance, conduct inspections for completed flats to ensure good workmanship that meet HDB's quality standards, and assist in the management and supervision of new building projects, upgrading projects or parks projects.

Requirements

• You should possess a polytechnic diploma in Engineering or Building, be meticulous and independent, have a pleasant disposition, effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills and passion for service delivery.
