We are currently recruiting for the Technical Associate/Technical Manager (Accounting Standards Council Secretariat) portfolio.
Responsibilities
You will be part of a team supporting the Singapore Accounting Standards Council (ASC). You will be primarily responsible for providing support on technical accounting standards. You will manage the ASC consultation and engagement processes with both local and overseas stakeholders (including the International Accounting Standards Board), review drafts and revised versions of accounting standards, and take the lead in preparing comment letters for the Council’s deliberation.
Requirements
- A Good University degree in Accountancy
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Technical Associate role. For the Technical Manager role, working experience in an audit firm of at least 4 years is required.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organisation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
