Responsibilities

You will be part of the Organisational Development team responsible for driving MEWR towards organisational and individual excellence. You will support the organisational change effort by conducting reviews, facilitating development and implementing strategies and programmes. Your key responsibilities include:

Reviewing processes and managing the desired change in organisational culture and behaviour to facilitate the achievement of organisational and operational excellence;
Managing the Corporate Planning function, maintaining business excellence standards and working with the various divisions to improve organisational performance;
Driving the knowledge management initiative of the Ministry and managing the content creation and maintenance of the Ministry’s intranet;
Organising ministry-wide events to promote organisation learning and collaboration;
Supporting division-wide activities such as tracking and reporting of work plans, key performance indicators (KPIs) and service standards.

Requirements

A good degree.
While 3-5 years of relevant working experience would be an advantage, fresh graduates will also be considered.
Strong powers of analysis and good writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
