Requirements
Responsibilities
The officer is required to:
  1. Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Deposit Accounts and Fees & Charges (F&C) in MOFHQ to ensure prompt and accurate collections and accounting of Government revenue;
  2. Implement the Economy Drive Framework to bring about optimal use of resources and maximise value for money (VFM) for MOF Group;
  3. Handle funding issues relating to MOF Departments for effective allocation of resources;
  4. Administer Special Transfers in MOF for timely disbursement of funds to the public;
  5. Coordinate and implement Land & Building (L&B), Office Space Management Framework (OSMF), and Centre of Office Relocation (CORE) policies to ensure adherence and smooth allocation of land resources to MOF Departments and Statutory Boards;
  6. Develop and implement MOF Statutory Boards agency fees agreements to ensure relevance of the funding formula and framework in place;

Requirements
  • Good Degree from a recongized university;
  • Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills; is meticulous
  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
