Responsibilities

• Your key role is to conduct site verification checks on green building features of building projects. You will be tasked to carry out general administrative duties and involved in developmental work where appropriate.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building, Building / Estate Management, Building Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the building industry is required for this position.
• Specialising in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 Contract and Full Time position available.
• A diploma in building related discipline
• Good understanding of the regulatory submission and compliance process
• Experienced in the use of building related software would be an advantage.
• Be willing to learn and ready to do the best in work scope assigned.
