Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we play a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.

CSC brings together public service officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them opportunities to plug into a service-wide network to exchange views, build shared ethos and perspectives, creating a rich environment for dialogue, knowledge sharing and learning.

Through our programmes and services, CSC aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service.

Responsibilities

• You will drive the corporate planning process in CSC and ensure an effective planning framework which addresses the organisational priorities. You will support top management in strategy formulation, execution of strategic plans and communication of strategies to stakeholders and all staff in CSC. You will monitor and evaluate CSC’s performance against targets as set out in the Balanced Scorecard. You will also identify and analyse key trends, issues and their impact on CSC so that the organisation can respond to emerging opportunities and challenges. In addition, you will perform secretariat functions at decision-making forums and meetings that involve the senior management.

Requirements

• Degree with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in corporate planning, strategy development or business excellence
• Critical analytical and conceptual ability;
• Excellent communication and organisational skills;
• Strong project management and people management skills.
• Facilitation experience and abilities are advantageous
