Ministry of Manpower currently seeking high motivated Manager, Enterprise Capability Building to be a part of Workplace Safety & Health Council Office, career goverment singapore 2011

Responsibilities

• To create a progressive and pervasive safety and health culture across industries so as to raise Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards, enhance safety performance and reduce accidents. You will develop a culture index to measure and monitor the WSH culture level in the industry. This index will be set as national benchmark to recognize organization with good WSH Culture. You will also develop diagnostic tools such as organization evaluation and survey to assess the state of safety culture in organization. You will be developing training programmes to help organization to improve their culture index as well as to reach out and engage industry to participate in the bizSAFE programme to build up risk assessment and risk management capabilities in their organization.

Requirements

• You should possess a recognised University degree, preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience in WSH, safety management auditing, sales and marketing, or event management. You must be motivated and passionate in promoting safety and health. You should have proven analytical and good written/ communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and strong facilitation abilities.
