Requirements

•  Singapore Citizen
•  At least an honours degree or be in the final year of undergraduate study from any academic disciplines
•  Keen commitment to public service
•  Deep interest in international and domestic affairs
•  Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
•  Excellent written and oral communication skills
•  A capacity for effective working relations
•  Good planning and organisational abilities
•  Be prepared to accept the challenge of working overseas and be able to cope with frequent changes and live in diverse social and cultural environments
