Responsibilities

  •  Manage CPF members' enquiries on CPF schemes and services over the counter, telephone and emails / hardcopy correspondences
  •  Ensure that the service standards and key performance indicator results are met

Requirements
  •  Good diploma, preferably with 2 years' experience in customer service
  •  Pleasant disposition coupled with positive attitude
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Good writing skills (for Correspondence) and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
