Assistant Executive/Personnel Services required by Ministry of Home Affairs to strenght the departement, singapore jobs 2011

Responsibilities
The Job Holder is key contributor in the team responsible for providing corporate support to the Deskhead functions of Personnel Services section, ensuring all activities in personnel management and awards & recognition cycle are executed effectively and efficiently.

  1. To update and maintain the documents, databases and HR systems in a timely and accurate manner
  2. To provide administrative support for awards matters
  3. To assist with any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements
  1. At least GCE 'O' Level qualification, with corporate support working experience
  2. Have IT knowledge (proficient in using Microsoft Office, Internet browser)
  3. Be well-versed with the procedures, standards, rules and regulations laid out in the various PGOs, SOPs, instructions in order to handle different types of tasks within the department
  4. Have knowledge of human resource matters as specified in the Government Instruction Manuals and PSD Circulars.
