Responsibilities

• The ComCare and Social Support Division is looking for a suitable candidate to join its team as Management Support Officer. The job holder's principal responsibilities are to:
• Collate data and analyse information for key statistical reports
• Track the renewal of funding agreements and assist to prepare tender documents for the Division
• Collect and analyse performance reports from funded agencies
• Coordinate and track system enhancements
• Monitor and coordinate the Division’s budget and expenditure activities and trends

Requirements

• A polytechnic diploma in Business Administration or Finance with at least 1-2 years of work experience in a relevant area.
• Some working knowledge of the Ministry and its culture would be an added advantage
• The job requires a self-motivated individual with excellent numerical skills and good oral and written communication skills. The candidate should also be meticulous and able to multitask.
