Responsibilities

• You are responsible for managing the daily operations, project budget as well as manpower deployment for the Centre for Research and Applied Learning in Science (CRADLE) project. You will design and deliver structured teaching programme for the CRADLE project, mentor students and Teacher Mentors in research projects as well as to act as scientist role model and research career guidance. You will also develop links with researchers from private and public sectors both locally and internationally to establish quality mentorship programme for the CRADLE project, assist in all liaison work with other agencies that fund and support the CRADLE project, establish new collaborations with other institutions to further promote Science & Technology and regularly update the Management of the project’s development and progress.

Requirements

• You should possess a PhD in Science/Engineering or its equivalent, with 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in research. You should also have excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in classroom teaching would be highly preferred.
