Housing and Development Board need talented people with strong motivation and enthusiasm to fulfill our vacant position as Estates Officer (Customer Service) in Career Goverment Singapore 2011

Responsibilities

• You will play the role of a customer service manager to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats. You will be involved in the administration and processing of the sale or resale transactions of HDB flats; or conduct credit assessment and financial counselling to applicants of HDB flats. Your duties also include the day-to-day liaison with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies.

Requirements

• You should possess a good degree in any discipline. A good degree in Estates Management, Real Estate, Building or the equivalent would be an advantage. You should be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, possess a customer-service mindset and the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels.
