The Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (SCORE) is a statutory board set up under the Ministry of Home Affairs and is a member of the Home Team. As part of Singapore's correctional system, SCORE enhances the employability of offenders and prepare them for the eventual reintegration back to the workforce. SCORE also aims to create a seamless throughcare environment to facilitate their transition from incarceration to community.


Gainful employment contributes to the lowering of recidivism rate. With a set of marketable skills, ex-offenders will have the ability to earn a living and support their families. Holding down a job also occupies their time in a meaningful way.
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the machines, facilities and efficient operation of the Laundry workshop. You will supervise and manage all infrastructure work and and ensure that the workshops adhere to fire and safety procedures such that all necessary work and occupational safety procedures are complied with and safety is not compromised.

Requirements

• Recognised degree in civil/mechanical/electrical/structural engineering.
• 2 to 3 years experience in project management and laundry operations preferred.
• Trained and qualified safety officer with knowledge in Auto-cad preferred.
• Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
