Responsibilities

• Assisting architects in processing of Development Applications
• Sourcing for information from our Geographic Information System (GIS) and using other electronic systems
• Monitoring and tracking projects.
• Coordinating internal work reviews
• Preparing plans, charts, presentations and analysis using CAD software (e.g.
• Microstation), GIS software (e.g. ArcGIS), Adobe Photoshop, Powerpoint and other computer programmes
• Writing minutes, papers and reports
• Assisting architects in architectural presentations and measured drawings

Requirements

• A polytechnic diploma or equivalent in architectural studies, building, real estate, civil or structural engineering or related fields
• Relevant experience in master-planning, urban design, environmental improvement work will be useful
• Good analytical and writing skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Quick learners with relevant IT skills such as Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Microstation will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team is a must
