Responsibilities

Be part of team to develop business plans to maximise occupancy and leasing revenues. Ensure proper execution and completion of tendering of commercial properties and preparation of leasing agreements. Make recommendations in the leasing of Sports Council properties and tenancy management. Maintain records and data in an accurate and timely manner. Enhance positive relations with tenants and users. Manage accounts to reduce arrears. Attend to public enquiries and feedback with good customer service

Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Business, Economics or related discipline
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in leasing, property and real estate
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and possess a high level of initiative
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
