The Insolvency & Public Trustee's Office, a Department under the Ministry of Law, provides services in individual and corporate insolvencies administration, administration of the estates of deceased persons, and licensing and regulation of moneylenders & pawnbrokers.
Responsibilities

You will assist the Management Executive Officers in the administration of bankruptcy cases. You will handle correspondences, administer bankrupts’ affairs, realise assets of bankrupts, and work with bankrupts to make debt settlement proposals as well as review suitable cases for discharge from bankruptcy. Together with your team, you will also be actively involved in making necessary improvements to work procedures and operations of the Insolvency Division.

Requirements

You should have 2 GCE 'A' and 2 'AO' level passes including GP; or 5 GCE ‘O’ level passes including English and Mathematics with 4 years of working experience. Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to interact with people from all walks of life.
