Responsibilities

  • You will provide support in the development and implementation of an Electronic Registry, document security procedures and review existing file record management framework, processes and applications systems. You will supervise a team of officers in the following daily operations of the file Registry Unit:
    • Assist internal customers in the management of records and information retrieval
    • Manage file records and file movements in the Registry computer system
    • Formulate retention schedule and review file records for preservation or disposal in accordance with National Archives guidelines
    • Distribute incoming/outgoing mails, emails/faxes promptly
    • Ensure adherence of Registry operations to ISO procedures

Requirements
  • You should have a Polytechnic Diploma or GCE ‘A’/‘O’ Level qualifications. Candidates should have relevant experience and background in Registry Management, Knowledge Management, Enterprise Record Management or other related fields, and have strong project management skills, with experience in team supervision and management.
