Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all visits to NL to ensure visit programmes are well-planned to meet visitors’ purpose and NL objectives
• Manage, engage and monitor the performance of NL volunteers
• Pull together venue sponsorship programmes and exhibitions report
• Provide inputs on programmes and exhibition statistics for ENGAGE monthly progress reports
• Analyse and alert Managers of areas for attention in quarterly KPI and budget reports
• Chart and oversee the scheme for different tiers of volunteers and individuals that contributed to NL
• Manage the volunteers and ensure scheduling of activities to engage volunteers
• Execute the volunteers scheme and oversee the recruitment plans
• Support events management in logistics and administration implementation
• Manage vendors to ensure smooth execution of events

Requirements

• Basic Degree with at least 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience
• Skills in interpreting user/clients information needs
• Good command of English and communication skills (writing and speaking)
• Experience in volunteers management will be preferred
