Responsibilities

The Planning & Coordination Executive is part of the team to drive Service Excellence in MOE HQ and schools via MOE’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Framework to achieve the CRM vision of MOE ‘One Organisation’. You will play an important role in building and sustaining a service excellence mindset and culture in MOE staff; and to assist in the planning and coordination of Divisional activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with Head of Planning and Coordination to refine and improve the MOE service excellence training framework
• Identifying and implementing service excellence training programmes targeted at the different levels of staff in MOE HQ and schools
• Planning and implementing change management activities to bring about service transformation (e.g. uploading of resources in intranet website, newsletters, communications slides etc)
• Planning and conducting service excellence sharing sessions
• Managing Divisional submissions and activities, particularly in the areas of budget, procurement, IT, Divisional web management, training, HR and other staff welfare events

Requirements

• A good university Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of work experience preferably in a quality service related position. Prior experience in planning and implementing change management programmes and staff training would be an advantage
• Able to multi-task and possess excellent communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
• A dynamic and highly motivated professional with a passion for driving service excellence
