Public Service Division looking for high quality candidates to join as Executive (Leadership Development) - Temporary Position, jobs in singapore 2011

Responsibilities

Conduct a rigorous 6-month review to re-engineer and streamline work processes in the Leadership Development (LD) Cluster, to position the cluster to take on new roles that are aligned with the strategic objectives of the Public Service Division.
Work with other clusters to consider the use of various methodologies in LD Cluster to re-engineer and streamline work processes.
Review LD Cluster’s current Knowledge Management (KM) system and practices across the different units and recommend ways to strengthen KM in the cluster.

Requirements

Good Degree in any discipline;
Minimum 3 years working experience;
Preferably familiarity with relevant aspects of HR operations and business process reviews;
Strong analytical and communication skills; and
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
