Responsibilities

• You will implement service responsiveness programmes to bring about a service mindset to ensure delivery of quality customer service and customer satisfaction across all service channels, including the public healthcare institutions.

Requirements

• Good Honours Degree
• Preferably 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in service quality related work
• Strong interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition and ability to work well
• and interact with people at all levels
• Strong planning, analytical and organisational skills
• Good facilitation and conflict management skills would be an advantage
