The People’s Association’s mission is to build and to bridge communities in achieving one people, one Singapore.

We do this through our network of 1,800 grassroots organisations, fi ve Community Development Councils, the National Youth Council, National Community Leadership Institute, Outward Bound Singapore and Water-Venture.

Responsibilities

• You will plan, schedule and execute training programmes to support the National Community Leadership Institute (NACLI)’s vision and mission in providing leadership development for the community leaders and staff of the People’s Association as well as quality training for external clients. You will also promote and market training programme and facilities as well as manage communication initiatives that will enhance the Institute’s image and outreach to stakeholders.

Requirements

• General Degree. Good Honours Degree is preferred.
• 2 years’ working experience in a learning and development environment.
• Able to manage or lead a team.
• Processes strong leadership, organising, analytical, communications and interpersonal skills.
