Responsibilities

As a member of statistics team, you will be responsible for the collection and compilation of statistics in one or more specific fields, conduct statistical research and analysis, develop new systems and indicators to support users' statistical requirements.

You will participate in and work with a wide spectrum of statistical data to assist in decision- and policy-making. You are comfortable working both alone and as a member of a team.

Requirements

• At least a good honours degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other related disciplines and subjects with substantial quantitative content. Eg. Accountancy, Information Technology which are relevant for specific jobs.
• Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to learn and apply computer packages for statistical work.
